To assist in the process please see the attached downloadable letter of authorisation (LOA). This needs to be printed onto your headed paper (or alternatively hand written address), and sent back to us along with copy bills in order to move forward.
We are required to have this on file, and it will assist us in getting any missing information from the suppliers and we can also give notice on your behalf to give you freedom to move.

In summary you need to submit the following
1. A recent copy bill against each meter for both gas and electricity, whichever’s applicable, sent back to us with the LOA.
2. Once received we can double check end dates of any contracts that may be in place and advise you accordingly.
3. We will then submit prices to you for your review, or data base the details to contact you at the appropriate time, if for example your contract doesn’t end within say 6 months.
